Superdry Watches offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R750. For orders that are below R750, there is a flat fee of R70.

All orders are shipped via reputable national courier services.
An email will be sent to you once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot. The email will also contain a link where you can track your order.

All items in stock will be dispatched within 7 business days of receiving a cleared payment for the order.

We now also offer shipping to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We hope you’ll love your new purchase! 

However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, send it back to us together will all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: earrings are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@superdrywatches.co.za; and we'll reply with instructions on where to return your item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Superdry watches are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship that may occur under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Batteries, stones, straps, bracelets and watch glasses
2. Damage or breakage caused from accident, maltreatment or mishandling
3. Water penetration, except in watches marked as water resistant
4. Tarnishing of watch bracelets or cases
